Week Four (Organisational Models)


We discussed a few different group systems that we could use and decided a “liaison” style flat leadership model where one person from each group would have a representation role and meet with all the other representatives to form a group that overlooks wider organisation and decisions. This ensures that every team is working together as a cohesive whole.

Our idea was selected to be presented to our entire market where we received the 2nd highest votes.


We decided it would be useful to set up a Facebook page to aid in communication between groups and as a market whole.
